“REOPENING MAY 2021” at Château La Dominique

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

Vignobles Clément Fayat Distribution (hereinafter the “organizing company”) registered with the RCS Bordeaux B 533 994 919, whose head office is located at Château Clément Pichon, 33290 Parempuyre, organizes from May 14 at 12 p.m. to May 19 at 12 a.m., a game entitled: “REOPENING COMPETITION” (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), according to the terms and conditions described in these regulations.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This game is open to any natural person over the age of 18, with internet access and a valid email address, with the exception of staff of the organizing company and their families, as well as all people who participated in the development of the game. The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and competitions.

The organizing company may ask any participant to prove their majority, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot prove this authorization. The mere fact of participating in this game implies pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these regulations.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

This game takes place in the VCFD online store. Participation in the game is by ordering at least one bottle between May 14 and 19, 2021. Only one participation per person is allowed - same name, same first name, same email address. Anyone who has made a purchase automatically participates in the draw which will take place on May 20, 2021.

ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

1 winner will be drawn at random on May 20, 2021. They will be contacted by email within 7 days of the end of the game, confirming the nature of the prize won and the terms and conditions for benefiting from it. Any winner who does not respond within 7 days of notification of their winning being sent will be deemed to have forfeited their winning and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.

ARTICLE 5 – POWER

The game comes with the following prize: “a private visit for two people worth €25/person”.

The organizing company reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before awarding their prize. Prizes cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners. In the event of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of equivalent nature and value.

ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

Participants authorize verification of their identity. Non-compliance with these regulations as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, whatever its terms, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the participation of its author.
