To the northwest of Saint-Emilion, on the edge of the Pomerol appellation, Château La Dominique has cultivated its distinction for many years. First of all, an exceptional location, 29 hectares bordered by prestigious neighbors, in this cultural landscape appearing since 1999 on the prestigious UNESCO list.

This Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Emilion has continued to reinvent itself: in 2014, the traditional 18th ^century residence century welcomed an avant-garde winery designed by Jean Nouvel, an internationally renowned architect. The mansion and the vat room are physically connected by the heart of the building. Beautiful allegory: the way to respect the past is to be authentically modern.

After renovating the vineyard and modernizing the infrastructure, the Fayat family was keen to create a place to live, housing a tasting area and a friendly restaurant.
