Château Vari 2015 - MONBAZILLAC BIO
Since 1994, Sylvie and Yann JESTIN produce, on a clay-limestone terroir, pure wines of character, well balanced and of great finesse. Wines produced from grapes from Organic Farming from the 2012 vintage, in conversion for the 2010 and 2011 vintages.
Concerned about the quality of the products but also respectful of the soil, the JESTIN family has always exploited its domain by favouring tillage and limiting the use of chemicals.
Convinced that the future is organic, Yann JESTIN converted the entire vineyard to organic farming in 2009. The results are remarkable: fauna and flora have reclaimed the land and the wines are only better!

Colour: Wine with a pale yellow colour with golden reflections, clear and glossy
Nose: Nice minerality and fruity citrus on the first nose, which then gives way to an aromatic palette of white fruits and a floral side.
A mouth: Light and airy attack, on the aromatic varietal side of Sauvignon. The middle of the mouth is quite round thanks to the breeding on lees. The finish has a nice length, on liveliness and tension
